Your journals are yours. We store them securely, but you own them completely.

You can change your membership level at any time. You're in Control

Pause anytime. Your archive stays safe for up to one year if you need a break.

Export everything. Your complete journal history, downloadable as PDF or text. If you cancel your membership, we'll keep your archive safe for one year in case you return.

After 12 months of inactivity, your data is automatically and permanently deleted. If you want to delete immediately, you can do that too. Be aware - once it is gone, it is gone.

Your privacy matters.

We protect your privacy, with your data encrypted in transit and at rest. Your entries are protected by industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3, AES-256). AI stays in the family: Ellis and Ellie run on Anthropic's Claude — the same AI trusted by enterprises worldwide. Your entries are processed but never used to train AI models.

Phone number = identity. We use your phone number to recognize you — no passwords to forget or accounts to hack.

No selling, no sharing. Your data is never sold to third parties. Period.
